Stitching Galore!
Version 3.0

Lizzie*Kate

Lizzie*Kate is one of my all-time favorite designers.  I absolutely love the patterns.  They're always quick and easy to work up, and they're always done in such yummy colors!

Lizzie*Kate's "Bless Our Family." The mat surrounding it is more burgundy than how it came out in the scan...it's almost a perfect match for the heart button.  Unfortunately, I now have to pull out the name and date, due to my divorce.  Reason number one why I don't do personalized projects!

Finished August 16, 2001.

"Bee Mine", an adorable freebie from Lizzie*Kate.  I adore the pink fabric, and the green frame really pulls everything together.  The frame was also exceedingly cheap, as the owner of my LNS had purchased a huge bagful of frames from a woman who was closing her framing shop.

Finished May 19, 2001.

Lizzie*Kate's "Reach for the Stars" freebie.  It was up to the stitcher on what fabric and threads to use.  I love the way this came out, although I think the words get a bit lost in the color of the fabric.  But I love the frame!

Finished January 3, 2001.

Lizzie*Kate's "Freedom" freebie. I love the way this came out on the red fabric. The pattern recommended a natural color fabric, but The Strawberry Sampler recommended this color fabric, and had the pre-cut fabric ready.

Finished November 29, 2000.

Lizzie*Kate's "Love My Cat". Done on a "sponged" evenweave that I bought on clearance at Michael's. I really like the way this came out on that fabric. She's framed in a black frame to match other cats that I have stitched

Finished July 15, 2000.

"Love Bug" by Lizzie*Kate.  Finished up in one night.  I thought this was the perfect pattern to use the red/white Needle Necessities overdyed!

Finished May 28, 2000.

This is the first project I ever did on linen.  I really disliked working on the linen.  I think it may have been the linen itself, because it had a lot of odd sized threads running through it.  I had to tear out the left margin twice because I kept miscounting!!

Finished December 30, 1999.

"Love Is Best" by Lizzie*Kate.  I've never been partial to any particular designers before, but Lizzie*Kate has got me hooked!  I did this one on a pink evenweave in Sampler Threads.

Finished December 9, 1999.
